This platform is designed to create a simple and easy Fire risk assessment for high-rise and more complex multi-buildings, with specific questions and answers for a typical business, for a maximum of 100-floor levels with staff levels up to a maximum of 1000.

Examples of property types – are multiplex retail stores – GP- Surgery – Hospitals – Warehouses – Factories – Multi storey Offices, blocks and more.

The FRA Wizard platform has been designed with all the relevant questions needed to comply with the PAS-79 format for recording and covers the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 – BS5588-11: Fire precautions in the design –

Building Regulations 2000 – Approved Document B Fire Safety, so you have the premises fully covered.

As new regulations come into place, our system will be updated accordingly.

Each question will have all possible multiple-choice answers and a help button where applicable. You are also able to input your own answers as you move through each section. You can input your own risk rating per question on a scale of zero to ten. (zero being low risk – ten being high risk.)

Completing each section will produce an overall risk rating, structured from your answers, including your own answers.

Once you have completed all nine sections of the fire risk assessment, the overall risk factors will be displayed, along with a set of recommended steps to take in your action plan for compliance.

Your report can be reviewed and revised before submitting it to the platform. If you need assistance, you can submit your report to one of our qualified assessors for auditing.
