FRA WIZARD LANDLORD

The landlord version of FRA Wizard is designed to create a simple and easy Fire Risk Assessment for Landlords, property managers and agencies. It comes with a set of specific questions and all possible answers required for a typical rental property, for a maximum of six levels or 18 meters in height.

Examples of property types include All HMO Properties – Additional Licence Rental – All Residential Communal Areas – Blocks of Flats – Houses & Apartments.

The platform complies with the PAS-79 format for recording and covers the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 – BS5588-11: Fire precautions in the design – Building Regulations 2000 – Approved Document B Fire Safety.

The platform is constantly monitored and updated as new regulations come into force or are revised.

All questions have multiple choice answers and you can also add your own answers and risk rating on a zero – ten scale.  if required. Zero being low risk and ten being high risk.

As you finish each section, you will get an overall risk rating score, built up from your answers, including your own answers and risk ratings.

Once you have completed, reviewed and revised all sections (and images) of the fire risk assessment, an overall risk factor will be displayed. You can then act upon the recommendations given in the following section. This will enable you to report back to the duty holder or responsible person to determine which improvements can be achieved and prioritized for compliance.
