This platform is designed to create a simple and easy Fire risk assessment for all general business properties, with specific questions and answers for a typical business, for a maximum of floor six levels or 18 meters high buildings, with staff levels up to a maximum of 40.

Examples of property types – Nail-Beauty- Hairdressers Salons – Fast food takeaways – All retail shops – GP-Vet-Dentist Surgery – Corner shops – Warehouses – Factories – Offices, and more.

We have built the platform with all the questions appropriate to comply with the PAS-79 format for recording and covers the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 – BS5588-11: Fire precautions in the design –

Building Regulations 2000 – Approved Document B Fire Safety, so you have the property fully covered.

We constantly update the platform with new regulations as they become available or are revised.

Each question will have a help button where applicable, with options and all possible answers in multiple-choice format. You can also input your own answers and risk ratings as you go through the sections of the Fire risk assessment. Learn more about adding your own risk ratings.

Each section combines to make an overall risk rating, structured from each question within the subject, including your own answers.

Once you’ve completed all sections, an overall risk factor will be given, combined from each section. You will then receive a set of recommended actions to take to help keep you compliant. This will allow you to report to the Duty Holder or responsible person on all of the actions that have been recommended to you in order to determine which improvements can be achieved and prioritised.

You can review your report before submitting it after you have entered your answers and uploaded your images. If you require assistance, you can choose one of our qualified assessors to audit your report using the information you have provided.
