We have created a new simple online form service to complement the fire risk assessment service. The service offers easy-to-complete, professional-looking reports branded with a health and safety policy and fire safety policy.

Our system allows for multiple user and white label service for you to brand your fire risk assessment if you want to become a reseller, for estate agent usage, or similar.

Our service gives you data collection sheets for collecting site information and tells you the type of photos required for the assessment. These are needed for auditing requests and uploading them when completing the report.
